Teaching is one of the greatest joys of my life. I have spent years working with students in a variety of educational settings and I enjoy discovering new and creative ways to cater my pedagogical techniques to their many different learning styles. These experiences have fostered growth and success in students as young as kindergartners all the way up to pre-professionals mere months away from their Broadway debuts. I have helped students achieve personal success by adhering to a few guiding principles:
As citizens of the world, the arts are an integral part of our lives. I strive to create an atmosphere in my classes where students can gain knowledge and build skills, in a collegial and safe climate, that will ultimately benefit them in both their personal and their professional lives.
